supplier network is underpinned by regional hubs, local buying offices,
and hands-on representatives that deal directly with the factory to
source all types of premiums and promotional materials. Our strategic
approach starts with the harmonisation and consolidation of
purchasing across your organisation, taking full advantage of the
economies of scale associated with collective purchasing, and
culminates with the efficient delivery of high-quality, low-cost products.



Unlike many of our competitors, we’re not constrained by a specific
manufacturing process or a narrow palette of materials. Having spent
over 30 years building long-term relationships with a diverse range of
production facilities in the UK, Europe and the Far East, we’re able to
select the most efficient supplier from hundreds of specialist partners,
securing the best possible prices and the fastest turnaround times for
each individual component. We frequently make a joint investment
in tooling with our clients, such is our confidence in bringing innovative
and commercially successful products to market.


Value Engineering

Engineering point-of-sale that maximises our clients return on
investment is a key part of our business strategy. By systematically
deconstructing an existing product and evaluating the materials and
production methods used we can manipulate and increase the ‘value’
of the product by either improving its function or reducing its cost.
Working closely with our international manufacturing partners, we
challenge suppliers to find efficiencies in the manufacturing process
and to substitute materials for less expensive or common alternatives,
without sacrificing quality.

You’re in safe hands. Every product we produce has to pass several layers
of stringent internal and external testing and evaluation before being
dispatched. We work with globally recognised independent agencies
including Intertek, SGS and UL to ensure every consignment passes
brand-specific standards as well as meeting all relevant safety and
environmental directives and certification. We operate a comprehensive
and transparent supply-chain auditing programme, conducting regular
factory visits and inspections, managing out risk wherever possible.

Our procurement team are nothing short of obsessive when it comes to
quality assurance and quality control, insisting on levels that don’t just
meet, but uniformly exceed expectations. It’s a multi-layered
procedure, with checks made at every step of the process. We also
understand the importance of total compliance with global, EU and
client specific regulations throughout your supply chain. Environmental
performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices are at
the heart of a consumer’s loyalty to a brand. We pride ourselves on our
reputation for acting fairly and ethically wherever we do business.
